  1. Hi Jane,
I know I am not the first teacher to reply but I wish time would have permitted me to get started on this earlier. I and my students will be joining you tomorrow and I will be reviewing the site with them today. I am really looking forward to this experience.
I see that a new teacher and parent workshop is also scheduled for tomorrow. Would it be possible for any of my chaperones to sit in for a little while in order to be more aware of what the students are learning or is it too late to make those arrangements?
    Thanks,
    Marva

    • Dear Marva,
Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, it won’t be possible for your chaperons to attend the training tomorrow because the training and your field trip run concurrently. Your chaperons will be actively involved in leading the stations by the time the training starts.

I suggest they look over the PowerPoint presentation that we go through during these workshops tonight. It is available in the “downloadable documents” section, as well as a few other pages.

Please let us know if you have any questions, as we would be happy to help to get everyone prepared for the trip.
We look forward to seeing you!
      -Jane and Amanda
